You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Unfortunately, if you do not notify us within the cancellation period you will forfeit the deposit paid, a treatment cost if your are on a pre-paid course or we may charge you 30% of the treatment cost if between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment. 

With less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost. 

The exception to the above policy is if you have been confirmed positive with CoVID either on a lateral flow / antigen test or a PCR test. In this case we may ask you to provide evidence of your positive result (official email or text from the NHS) and your appointment will be rescheduled. 

We reserve the right to refuse / cancel treatment / appointment without prior arrangement at any time.
