Technology support is something that we strongly recommend to help you stay on track with your food diary, diet and exercise programmes. We then use the data to provide you with comprehensive reviews and provide advice and alterations to your programme along with providing support as you go through the programme.
The Apps that we suggest are free to use for basic packages which are usually sufficient for most peoples needs and there is generally no need for paid upgrades.
Food Diary
MyFitnessPal is recommended for keeping track of the food you eat and the calories that you are taking in. This can be shared with others and the app also has some basic exercise programmes. This is available for Android and iPhones.
Exercise
Exercise There are multiple exercise apps out that that help to provide exercise programmes and the ability to monitor your progress as you lose weight. Some of those we recommend are MyFitnessPal and Runtastic.
There are also more advanced apps for gym and weight training.
Diet Planning
Again there are multiple apps available to help you plan a calorie controlled diet. Some of these provide free basic memberships though some do require paid memberships.
