We are here to support you through your Weight Loss Journey from initial information through to your treatment and final results. We are available to provide support via E-mail, Telephone (by appointment), SMS, WhatsApp or Video Chat (via Zoom & by Appointment).
We recommend the use of technology to help you with your food diary, diet and exercise programmes and to monitor your progress.
We use the data to provide you with comprehensive reviews and provide advice and alterations to your programme.
Peer Support
We have a closed Facebook group which we encourage you to join for peer support. This is monitored by medical staff who can also provide advice and guidance. Peer support can be a very important element in helping you to remain on course with the programme.
