If you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we will exchange it for another treatment or product or we will offer you a credit note. Exchange or credit for products will only be made if the products are unused or unopened.
Exception to this policy is only in circumstances of serious or long-term illness. This needs to be confirmed by a medical certificate.
